πŸ₯”πŸ  OIL FREE OVEN FRIES! 🍠πŸ₯”

RECIPE:Β 
-Cut potatoes in to thin wedges. (Russet and sweet potatoes are my favorite to use but you can do yukon gold as well!)
-Preheat oven to 425. Put potato wedges into a large bowl. Wet potatoes a little with water and then start adding your spices. (I add a large amount of spices- except for sea salt. I add a smaller amount of that- so that my fries have flavor.)πŸ’₯πŸ”₯
-Spices: Smoked paprika, regular paprika, oregano, thyme, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
-After seasoning the fries, mix with hands to make sure all of the potatoes are coated.
-Then put fries on silicone baking mats on a cookie sheet (This is probably the most important step!! The fries will not come out crispy like this if you don’t use a silicone baking mat! You can get them off of amazon.)
-Make sure all fries are spread out evenly on mat and then sprinkle them with more smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder. (Told you I use a lot of spices lol)
-Put in oven for 35 minutes. That’s it! *And I also love dipping my fries into marinara sauce. So good πŸ€€πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
